Asset and Property Management Performance Improvement Plan

Following the release of the Victorian Housing Registrar's Asset Management Good Practice Guide 2016, a Housing Cooperative Provider in the inner north of Melbourne recognised that it needed to review its focus and approach to Asset and Property Management.

Havekotte Consulting was engaged to undertake a broad Asset and Property Management review. This encompassed a review of all relevant policy documentation, compliance with legislation, existing processes, human resources, reporting and performance monitoring. The review identified many areas for improvement.

​

The co-op also wanted to strengthen its strategic, organisational and business planning processes, and ensure that these were aligned with, and supported by an effective Asset and Property Management governance framework and methodology.

Havekotte Consulting developed and documented a Performance Improvement Plan that gave the co-op a clear roadmap to achieving best practice across Asset and Property Management.
